Taylor & White, Inc. has been providing Professional Civil Engineering Consulting services for Developers, Contractors, Municipalities and their agents since 1995. Throughout Florida and Georgia, quality residential and commercial developments have been managed, permitted, and designed by our staff. Taylor & White stands behind their product and provides construction services through project completion. Our company is made up of extremely proficient and dedicated individuals personally selected by the Principals. Each member of the staff is chosen based on their knowledge, prior experience, and individual capabilities. Since inception of the firm, the professionals at Taylor & White have managed and designed some of the top development projects in the North Florida region.
Taylor & White has a staff knowledgeable and experienced in design and permitting in over 30 Florida and Georgia counties. We strive to use our people’s expertise and skill to produce the best and most accurate set of construction documents possible. We consistently receive feedback from contractors, surveyors, and agency review staff complimenting the completeness and clarity of our plans. A good design and good set of plans leads to efficient use of time and resources during permitting and construction. And as all of us in the development/engineering field are aware, time and budget are elements crucial to a successful development project.
In addition to permitting and design, Taylor & White provides a full range of construction related services. We prepare and manage project bids, provide construction oversight, evaluate and process change orders and pay requests, and insure project closeout per permitted conditions. Taylor & White retains a well-qualified and experienced full-time field inspector to monitor contractor progress and watch for deviation from the permitted plans. We also employ two FDEP Qualified Stormwater Management Inspectors trained to conduct site inspections that insure the contractor is adhering to site BMPs and the SWPP Plan.
