In addition to permitting and design, Taylor & White provides a full range of construction related services. We prepare and manage project bids, provide construction oversight, evaluate and process change orders and pay requests, and insure project closeout per permitted conditions. Taylor & White retains a well-qualified and experienced full-time field inspector to monitor contractor progress and watch for deviation from the permitted plans. We also employ two FDEP Qualified Stormwater Management Inspectors trained to conduct site inspections that insure the contractor is adhering to site BMPs and the SWPP Plan.
